Fredrikstad
A new construction project in the picturesque city of Fredrikstad, located in the county of Østfold, will be the object of the Norwegian demo.
This property is owned by the city development company Værste AS. It will contain commercial areas on the ground level and two towers with residential flats. The residential flats have identical layouts across different floors.
In this demonstrator, one of these residential flats will be employed to test SNUG’s methodology within the context of new construction, utilizing its counterpart above or below as a reference point. As construction has yet to commence, minor adjustments to the floor plan may occur.
